Lori Potter breaks it down

Have you met Lori yet? You should. She is an inspiration. She started as a mat class gal a few years back, and since then has added G.I.T. FIT, jump rope class, and Gyrotonic workouts to her regimen. She doesn’t shy away from trying something new and always has a smile on her face while doing it. We think she’s never been stronger, and to us that is A W E S O M E. Thanks, Lori, for your dedication. Now, what is fit to you?

This month, JR gives it to us straight. “[Being] fit is the ability to do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it, as well as I can do it, while being comfortable in my skin.” Simply stated, but powerful. We think there’s so much freedom in that.

One of our most dedicated clients, Sarah G. gives it all she’s got when she steps foot in the studio. And if you know her, you’d also know that same attitude applies beyond her corporeal self. As our May “Fitter,” Sarah shares with us her definition of fitness – physical, emotional, and spiritual, and why she strives for integrated mind-body connection.

“A strong body is our anchor for everything else.”
