G.I.T. Fit ™ (Group Interval Training)

Interval training is shown to be the fastest way to get fit, to lose weight, to lose fat, and to supercharge your athletic performance. Format based on short bursts of high-intensity work combined with lower-intensity recovery. Exercises replicate simple, ordinary movements: push, pull, squat, lunge. The goal is muscle challenge, not muscle fatigue. Class is demanding; choose a level that best suits your target (we offer beginner to advanced).
