What is Fit, JR?

This month, JR gives it to us straight. “[Being] fit is the ability to do whatever I want, whenever I want to do it, as well as I can do it, while being comfortable in my skin.” Simply stated, but powerful. We think there’s so much freedom in that.

Hitting a plateau?
