Have you met Lori yet? You should. She is an inspiration. She started as a mat class gal a few years back, and since then has added G.I.T. FIT, jump rope class, and Gyrotonic workouts to her regimen. She doesn’t shy away from trying something new and always has a smile on her face while doing it. We think she’s never been stronger, and to us that is A W E S O M E. Thanks, Lori, for your dedication. Now, what is fit to you?
