Dancing Makes You SMARTER

Came across a great read posted by Stanford University — “Use it or Lose it: Dancing Makes you Smarter.” Studies, like this recent report by New England Journal of Medicine, have long shown that dancing has many health benefits including stress reduction and increased serotonin levels. New research is showing that dancing makes you smarter. No, really. And we’d be the first to say that movement, specifically that which engages the mind, does the same thing.
