Using exercise to jog the memory

Fitness and movement is for the body AND the mind. Exercise substantially changes the human brain, affecting both thinking and emotions. It’s widely known and well established that exercise enhances the ability to remember. New data now suggests that the effects may be cumulative and that we all should be physically active on a regular basis. Check out the full story in the New York Times.
