Sound familiar? Well then, you’ve hit it: the dreaded fitness plateau. Whether lack of motivation or lack of progress. When no amount of hours at the gym on the treadmill-track-elliptical-bike will push you to the next level.

What to do???? Change it up! GIT Fit is a real game-changer. We work hard and we have a good time doing it. The hardest step is getting yourself out the door…. Don’t think, just GO FOR IT.
