Each month TCS hosts a Sunday workshop series designed to enhance your current fitness program by offering new challenges, a fresh perspective on fitness strategy or nutrition, or a new workout altogether. We’re here to make your workout better. And you, your best.

MAY Sunday Series: TRX training (60 min  x 3 Sundays)
Join Nicole for your Sunday morning workout regimen. TRX suspension system uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Classes will build on the previous week’s exercises. This is a cardio and strength training class. All levels welcome. Bring tennis shoes.
