G.I.T. Fit ™ (Group Interval Training)

Format based on short bursts of high-intensity work interspersed with lower-intensity recovery. Interval training is shown to be the fastest way to get fit, to lose fat, and can supercharge athletic performance. Exercises replicate simple, ordinary movements: push, pull, squat, lunge.
