Sunday Series MAY: TRX Training

MAY Sunday Series: TRX training 
Join Nicole for your Sunday morning workout regimen. TRX suspension system uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Classes will build on the previous week’s exercises. This is a cardio and strength training class. All levels welcome. Bring tennis shoes.

January’s workout + nutrition series with Nicole Dessoye and chef/nutritionist, Jen Burns, is almost full. WANT IN? Go to schedule and sign up under “workshops” tab.

About the workshop: (Sundays, Jan 8-29, 10a-noon) Workout and nutrition in one workshop. Join Nicole for an intro to our G.I.T. FIT workout —  learn to build alignment, strength, and form to maximize your exercise. Chef /nutritionist Jennifer Burns will then discuss (and share…yum!) the basic elements for healthy eating, like practical tips for cutting junk out of your diet and replacing it with dense, nutrient-rich foods.

3-Dimensional G.I.T. Fit

Gyrotonic® Trainer, Liz Donahue, takes a holistic approach to G.I.T. Fit class. This 4-class series will build an understanding of breath and energetic pathways used during basic everyday movements like squat, lunge, push, and pull. Learn to move more freely and more efficiently.

The goal of this series is to ignite a deeper connection to movement in general. Each class will build cardio fitness and weight training. Designed for all fitness levels interested in going deeper with their training.
