Gyrotonic® Trainer, Liz Donahue, takes a holistic approach to G.I.T. Fit class. This 4-class series will build an understanding of breath and energetic pathways used during basic everyday movements like squat, lunge, push, and pull. Learn to move more freely and more efficiently.
The goal of this series is to ignite a deeper connection to movement in general. Each class will build cardio fitness and weight training. Designed for all fitness levels interested in going deeper with their training.
