Just the thing to get you through hump day! Join Julia for an hour-long pilates mat class and work your core.

Class will build off basic pilates principles with added props and gradual, increasingly complex sequences. Expect stronger abs, glutes, back extensors, arms, and legs. In addition to strengthening, class will integrate stretching, balance control, and coordination. The Corner Studio welcomes Julia to our fantastic team of trainers. We’re excited for her new class!
*Prospective students should be familiar with basic pilates positions like table top, bridging, and plank
